Greetings, friends!

The info below says it all! Congrats to Peter R. (current HHS senior and one of the youngest members of this year's corps!), Eli Mudrick (Hempfield grad and son of Music Supervisor Alan Mudrick), and the rest of the 2011 Cadets! It's not very often in life that you can say that you were the BEST IN THE WORLD at something, but such is the case for Peter and Eli!

From Youth Education in the Arts:

The Angels and Demons stormed into Indianapolis and marched away with the gold medal on Saturday night concluding a wonderfully successful season.

Whew!

The 150 Cadets and 200 of their closest friends, family and supporters celebrate Sunday morning with their Annual Awards Banquet at the Westin in Indianapolis before departing with the World Championship title and their memories of the season of a lifetime.

Thank you to the record number of fans who supported the corps, followed us on Facebook, Twitter and website, the throngs who cheered us especially at our home shows, and helped the cause through becoming a member of the Maroon & Gold Club or purchased souvenirs to wear their support on their sleeve.

Whether you were Team Angel or Team Demon - or a little bit of both, thank you for being a part of the tenth World Championship for The Cadets organization.
