Thursday, 03.15 - Chamber Ensembles @ HSD Board Meeting

The Clarinet Trio, Flute Trio, and Horn Quartet represented the latest addition to our band program (Chamber Ensembles) in the administration building prior to the School Board Meeting.

I look forward to more performance opportunities that will showcase the wonderful work that our chamber groups have been doing! If you know of any potential performance opportunities, please email me!

Saturday, 03.17 - Black Knight Indoor Classic

Thank you to ALL who made this event one of the most well-run in the Tournament Indoor Association! Not only did your hard work pay off with a fantastic event, but you also turned a NICE profit that will help provide services for our students! Finally, congratulations to both the Indoor Guard and Indoor Percussion on two fine performances!

Sunday, 03.18 - HHS Jazz Ensemble I at the Ware Center

What an event! Opening for the world-renowned Cyrus Chestnut Trio was an experience unlike we've ever had before and I could not have asked for a better performance from our group! Thank you to all who came out to support the band at such a big event. Work hard, strive for excellence...STANDING OVATIONS HAPPEN! :)

Monday, 03.19 - Spring Showcase Concert

Finally, the Concert and Symphonic Bands both gave inspired performances at the Spring Showcase Concert. These kids continue to amaze me with what they can do and how hard they are willing to work in order to reach the sublime heights of their art form!
