Summer Rehearsals Begin!

The end-of-year bell means two things - no more school and HELLO MARCHING BAND!

The Hempfield "Black Knight" Marching Band kicked off their 2010 Summer Rehearsal Season on June 16th. The members and staff met prior to rehearsal for the annual "Taco Party" hosted by the Special Events committee (thanks, Mrs. Wardrop!). Rehearsal continued with staff introductions and a focus on the basics of performance that will continue through July.

Rehearsals are weekly from 6:30-9:00 PM at the HHS Band Room. Feel free to stop by and check out the sights and sounds of HMK!
