District 7 Band - Information

It was announced by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association that Bryce W. (Senior, Alto Saxophone), Casey S. (Junior, Percussion) and Miriam B. (Sophomore, Alto Clarinet) have been selected to perform at the PMEA District 7 Lower Band Festival to be held on February 11-13, 2010 at Dover Area High School. This year's festival will include approximately 141 talented musicians from Adams, Lancaster, and York Counties. The guest conductor for the festival will be Mr. Wayne Romer, Professor of Music and Director of Bands at York College. Mr. George Bradshaw, Dover Area High School Band Director is the Festival Host Director.

Public concerts will be presented on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 7:30 PM, and Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 2:30 PM in the Dover Area High School Auditorium. General admission tickets are $7.00 and are available at the door.
